The Washington Bach Consort has chosen their next Artistic Director. Dr. Dana Marsh, director of the Historical Performance Institute at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, will succeed Consort founder J. Reilly Lewis when he takes the podium for their first concert in September. He spoke with Classical WETA’s Bill Bukowski about his last performance with the Consort, his new position, how he approaches the music of Bach, and his hopes for the future.
